95 7.3 will not start
Ok so i just got anouther 95 powerstroke i got it not runnig for what i thot was a good deal i took it to my freind with a scanner he said everything looked fine except the cam sensor so i got a ford motocraft one took the old grey one out put the new one in nothi g but the rpms r showing around 500 now so began going threw the truck and noticed a fuel bowl delete kit with no regulator so i got a nice fuel lab regulator put it on and i get 50 psi on fuel still wont start and no smoke out the tail pipe and am getting a wait to start light like normal so i took the idm out of my other truck and nothing then i unplugged my ts 6 pos chip still didint change so i lokked at the icp and it was covered in oil bad and i looked at the ipr pig tail and it was covered in oil to so i replaced both today still no luck then i tested the glow plugs turns out all 4 on the passenger side are bad driver side was fine replaced those still didint do anything i tested the bats they hav 14 volts and when i crank the motor they drop down to 11.5 and im starting to run out of ideas if anybody has any idea or can help i would really appreciate it i really wanna hear it run so bad

No smoke out the tail pipe, no fuel. Follow this and see if it helps:
