Anyone making floor pans for the 2003 7700 F 150? How about bed floors? Seats? Thanks.
2003 F 150 XLT 4x4 long bed 7700 payload package. 169,000 miles with a replacement Jasper 5.4 V8 installed by a dealer at 102,000 miles. Dark Green exterior with both medium and dark parchment interior, full power, split bench/bucket w/ fold down console.
have you actually looked under the carpet?
if you need floor pans you most likely need a lot more
I don't think anybody sells floor pans but you can get rockers and cab corners.
almost every truck with a decent floor at my local JY is missing all those parts.
Yes, I have pulled the seats and carpet. The left rocker and cab corner have been replaced by the previous owner, and not well done. I know where to get those parts. I can fabricate my own from 18 gauge, not an issue, just was wondering. I'm a custom car builder, MOPAR to be exact, so I have skills, just not a truck guy so much. This is a farm truck to haul feed and grain, hay etc... I guess I'll have to invest some time in building a cab floor and bed floor.
I have not found anyone that is making bed floor pieces. The bed in my 150 looks like swiss cheese. I currently have a drop in liner so that I can use it this winter but plan on getting a decent used one in the spring and swap the bed/box out.
Thanks. Where in the finger lakes? I grew up in North East, PA. My local steel supplier does fabrication too and I plan to ask them about corrugating a full sheet of 18 gauge or two for me.
I think I would use 16 on the bed. 18 is good for patch panels and whatnot but the bed will take some abuse. I used 16 for the floor on my 48 and am very happy with it. Could have used 18 I guess.
