Don't use these front lights very often. But when hooking up or unhooking. These lights are awesome. Just brought the RV home for our trip to SC in the morning. Spending Christmas in it this year. I forget the town. But staying at a KOA off 95 about an hour each way in-between Charleston and Savannah. Checked the weather and highs in the low 70's to lows in the mid 40's. I am thinking I can live with that. Most people come to Orlando. I can't wait to get out.
At least 50% of the time we are either getting into a camp site or back home after dark, and yes, those front hookup LEDs are awesome! Sometimes in more rustic campgrounds I will leave them on to give some light for walking around the front of the TT as we typically travel with others and do a lot of walking around the sites after dark. Those lights are very handy.
It sounds like you are heading out to Yemassee SC KOA, we have stayed at the one by FT Stewart just inland from Savannah (our favorite city so far! ) and Mt. Pleasant by Charleston SC (another great Southern city ).
Have fun, I'm envious!
I used the LED strip lights .. for under the awning...
I have a string along the front of trailer... 8 feet long... just above the propane tank cover.
and a strip above the gray/black valves/cap
not as nice as above 5th wheel.. but very little cost.
helps with night blindness.
soon to install inside storage area... if I can craw inside there.
.
I find that lights facing toward the rear of my truck cause too much glare in my backup camera.
The reverse lights on the truck provide plenty of light to see the couple in my camera.
Yes we are staying near Yemassee. Point South KOA. Right off 95. We wanted a place that was in-between Charleston and Savannah. This has worked out nice for us. Will be packing up in the morning and headed home. Had a great time visiting both cities and the surrounding sights. Sure was nice to get away from it all over Christmas. Quite relaxing.
rockertom, nice set up of trailer lights you have there. I believe it's essential to have functional, legally required lights to help illuminate trailer set-ups. Good luck with all your journeys!

carid, thanks for the link to the trailer lights. I do have your site bookmarked for my truck needs. But didn't recall trailer. Thanks
