Cecilt--- $525 for a premium Line-X is very good....here in Central Illinois they quote $500 for standard and $625 for premium. Where are you located---where did you get that price?

I got mine sprayed on Thursday and it came out great! They quoted me $565 for the premium and knocked off $50 because of the dealer I used. I felt pretty good about that price. I think I paid $530ish out the door w/ taxes.

I've had the factory coating in my 2015 for two years now and its had no problems at all and I don't have a sliding problem with it.

Wow...I'm getting ripped off by our local dealer. What part of the country are you if I may ask? $500 basic and $625 for premium here...plus tax!

I happened to call the Line X installer last week when I was in the process of configuring my F 350 to see what they charged to compare to factory spray. He said they were running $100 of the premium through end of December but if I were to order a truck he would honor the discount when it arrived. Made an apt for March 1st to take advantage of the 525 price. So you are not being overcharged at 625 at all. My good fortune to have called or I would be at 625 for install.

I am in Michigan. He quoted me the premium at that price. I want to say the platinum with the UV blocker was another $125 or $150. I think the Line-X dealers can charge what their local market bears. Seems that $500-$600 is pretty average for the premium liner though.

My factory liner looks nice but stuff like fuel cans slide around like crazy. Previous truck had Line X. Definitely did not allow things to slide.

Factory liner seems plenty tough. I paid $500 for my Line X (shortbed) last year in NH.
