Too much oil?
I just did an oil change on my Explorer today (4.0 SOCH) and I think I overfilled it by about 100mL.
Do I need to drain some oil out of my engine now or is it ok to drive with it like this?

100 mL as in a tenth of a liter? (As in about atenth of a quart?)
You're fine, that's a small enough amount of overfill that we don't even need to think about it.
If say you overfilled by a quart/liter, then we could have a debate about it.
