Resurfaced 360 Head

I had a head resurfaced due to an exhuast leak wich caused some heavy pitting. The machine shop was not very hepful and I am not sure how much was taken off. Again , pitting was heavy. My question is how much will this affect clamping force. Im afraid of a head gasket leak.
Thanks,
loosenut

No , sorry if I wasn`t clear . I had the right head (exhaust

side) resurfaced due to pitting . The head was not milled.

Of the five head bolts that run along the exhaust side the two on

the ends had noticeably reduced surface areas. I am worried

about loss of clamping force and the possibility of a future

coolant/oil leak. Loose Nut

If they did the whole side, i would think it would be okay, if they did only the one port surface, then i dont know, Good luck DW

Are you saying that the shop ground so much off that the shoulder of the head bolt no longer makes contact all the way around?
