Something strange

So the other day I added oil to my 1990 F250 7.5L 2WD and the old girl started to make a "clicking sound" at idle and when accelerating. It is also is shaking when I'm accelerating then stops and runs smooth when I'm at 1500 RPMS. I thought it was the Ignition coil so I replaced it to so success... if yall have any clue please help!
