Took the wife and son to Mt. Hood in Oregon for a few days of skiing.
First snow trip for 2016 F-350 cc lb lariat.
Truck did great in 4hi, never slipped a tire, it was pretty steep heading up to the lodge. I did use the diff lock to pull all the way into the parking spot.
They refer to the area of NY State I live in as Snow Town USA but we haven't got that much snow yet (low amount again so far). We usually get that in January and then again in February we then get a mid winter thaw and at least one good dumping in March. Hoping my 250 goes through it good, have had nights coming home from work on my old 1/2 ton would be pushing snow and have a foot go over my hood.
Those are great pics of the mountain. The lodge is half way up, and you can see the summit from the back deck when it is sunny out.
I swapped the stock tires for Toyo MT's
