Update dpfe burnt manifold

Replaced the plastic intake with a 92 metal intake and drivers exhaust manifold.the intake has no egr fitting and neither does the exhaust manifold. Reused the 97 throttle body. I had to rod the cats as they were blocked badly. It showed 25psi at the o2 sensor before repair. The back pressure over time burnt the dpfe hoses and melted the dpfe sensor and manifold that it attached to. I can report that I've just got 18mpg to a tank after a 315 mile drive. 92 intake has much better clearance around the engine than the 97.
