Had you warmed it up before trying the CCT? Have you set it up to read the actual EOT value?

Notice how the injection PSI does not fluctuate with RPM.

I'm not familiar with the acronyms. Explain the CCT as well as how to set up the AE to read the actual EOT?

I bet if you disconnected the ICP, you'd get the same ^^^^^ thing. That tells me the ICP still isn't working. Could be the new sensor, or the wiring between it and the PCM.

I am going to clean, put new O rings and then swap in my spare IPR today. I checked the wires at the plug and moved them all around when it was running to see if it would act funny or clear up. I also tapped on the IPR in case it would free the plunger up. I will report back with results.

The truck wasn't at operating temp when I did the CCT, but it wasn't a cold start up either. It was probably 110-120 degrees. I will also look into setting up to read the EOT value.

EOT must be at least 160F for CCT to work.

The female plug looks like it is broken on the EOT sensor (I think it is the one on the back of the HPOP reservoir?) I am looking into getting another one just in case that was why the EOT codes were coming up at the beginning. I found a couple on Rockauto that look similar to it. Part # HP4400 or possible S612 for the pigtail plug:

I will another CCT when I swap the IPR and run the diagnostics again. This time I will make sure it is up to 160 at least.
