Brutal Update
Just checked with Chat this morning - Updated ETA on my truck that was ordered on 9/31 and built on 11/4 is now 1/26! I really needed this bought by the end of the year. I really don't know what to do, I'm kinda' numb right now.

Wow, that is terrible but I agree with the above posts. I'm super **** and OCD and it would be very difficult for me to buy an as built truck as opposed to a special order. However, if tax reasons dictated, I'd hold my nose and do what I had to do.

I assume you need it bought for tax deduction reasons? I'm in same boat....My dealer told me that he'd gladly write up the paperwork before the end of the year if the truck is late....and currently my ETA is 1/2/2017.

same reason I had to order mine. Heck, nobody even cares about stocking longbeds, everything I saw had a shortbed. Ugh.

Talk to Rasalas about that one. I think he knows a thing or two about ordering a truck in April.

My uncle who is a transport truck said that they are having a lot of weather related problems getting their trucks to and from the staging lots, which is delaying a lot of finished truck from getting shipped to dealers on time.
