I am not involved in that end of the deal but probably similar. This company buys more than 50 per year. Maybe way more.

I am eligible for the x-plan. Did the build and price and it gave me the x-plan price. Not impressed.
Below is the link to my truck I ordered which my dealer posted online. They give everyone a volume discount. This was several thousand below x-plan.

I was able to order my truck for $2,018.00 less than the X-Plan and $3,599 less than the MSRP of $48,900. Not too shabby for not having a Ford Fleet plan. Only took a single email to the dealer that I bought my last F250 from in 2001.

OK, we should clarify here. "Smoking" X-Plan shouldn't take into account rebates. We all get those including those using an X-Plan pin. There are some dealers out there doing A-plan for everyone if you search. I haven't found any close yet but am looking.

I'm not sure what invoice was for my truck. Is there a way to find out?
But MSRP was 78,185 and I paid 69,000 including the $1000 rebate for my 350 platinum long bed. That's $9,185 off - I though I did a pretty good job.
