No one makes a replacement harness. But you may be able to find one at a salvage. Otherwise, you'll have to repair wire-by-wire. However, use the wiring diagrams to determine what each wire is for as you will be able eliminate some of them.

Or, do it another way. If you are eliminating the computer you can start at the computer and eliminate its wires. I cut the whole harness at the computer and then carefully removed each wire by pulling it back into the engine compartment. Then I followed it to its other end and pulled it off whatever it was connected to - and frequently was able to remove that as well.

If you do that first then you'll know what wires you have to repair.

These trucks were set up with a harness that used one set of plugs for the EEC system (the cut wires you have) and the DSII system along side of it.

It seems you have the proper DSII engine harness.
At least I see the horseshoe connector at the coil and the distributor plug.

Connecting the proper red, white plug to your DSII module and unwrapping the harness to remove the wires that were for the computer should tidy things up.

Hope this helps.

This is my unmolested 84 F150. It is a 351W with a heavy enough GVWR that it did not have any smog equipment. It has the Duraspark ignition and no air injection and probably looks something like what you are trying to accomplish.

DSII was the same from the mid '70's through '87.

Probably a Neutral Safety Switch and the electric pumps in the tank
