Vacuum issue

This morning I was finishing up the installation of my temperature gauge. I had the truck running and was warming it up. I was holding the throttle and kinda revving it up and down. I did a quick tap and release of the throttle and started hearing air. Like hardcore as soon as I let off the pedal. I found where the air is coming from. It's coming from a vacuum line/junction on top of the passenger side valve cover. When I plug the junction the truck idles down, and thinking about it, after the line popped it started idling higher. So, now I have a vacuum junction thing that is not connected correctly and I can't find where the hose that goes on it went. It just seems to have disappeared. If anyone has a vacuum diagram, or even an idea of where to start looking I'd be very appreciative. The motor is a 2.9l and its bone stock from what I can tell.
