Doesnt work for me

I tired using my VIN on this site. It gives the following message.
"A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order."

I contacted Ford months ago and they indicated the COITUS website is in BETA testing. Going back 4 years on the F150 site they complained that COITUS was in BETA testing. I hope they get it together someday or just take it down. Just like the Project Managers scheduling the truck builds. Either start doing it right or just quit.
