14 escape remote start
Looking to do a simple after market remote start. I have seen a couple semi plug and play units. Looking for recommendations.
Fortin plug and play T-Harness and the MPC unit with T-Harness are two I have looked at under $150.
Both of these allow me to use my existing Fob.
2-way isn't a necessity at this time.
I'm also looking to do one on my sons 2008 Focus.

I went with one from Fairway Ford on the Bay as I have bought from them before. I haven't installed yet as it's a Christmas present and no time off until week after. It's in the Ford packaging and appears to be over the counter but relabeled and wouldn't be surprised it was Fortin. It has separate fob, supposedly longer range than factory key. Will let you know how it goes. Other one I bought from them was for 2012 SD and was just new key and install antenna, dealer program (20 bucks) cut key and done.
