I checked with a couple of shops around here in NoVa and was unsuccessful in getting any cooperation from them. I have the tools for this DIY install, but would like to have someone that's done this already either watch over or do this install for me. I don't have a heated garage (something that will fit the EX) here either. Looking to see if someone living within 100 - 150 miles can help. I can come over.
Hit up Undisputed Auto Care in Dulles VA. I used to live up there and can vouch for Justin, he should be able to help you out. I don't know that they've done this exact job before but it wouldn't be the first time he knocked out something unusual that came through his door.
The oil change was due and so I brought it to the local Ford dealer. Since this is the first time after I bought the EX, I figured I'd let the dealer do a full run through. Also asked him to install the Sway bar. The tech was familiar with this unit and started the install. Halfway through he found this anomaly. One of the bushings is too wide and so he's not sure if the install is going to be safe. Not sure if I should ask him to install the bad anyways and change out the bushing myself at a later time.

This is where the bar will be bolting to the frame right? That's not going to be "dangerous", it's just going to reduce the effectiveness of the bar on initial body roll. Let it eat and change the bushing later.
If I remember correctly, the kit comes with 2 different size poly bushings. I can't remember which size goes where but I do recall one size goes in the male end of the link and the other size goes in the female end of the link. Make sure you have both sizes and double check the mechanic was putting them in the right places.
Where are you? Put your location in your profile, I might be able to install if close enough
I'm in NoVa. Near Dulles airport. That puts me at about ~3.5 hrs from Salem
Thanks for the reminder about my location. I was sure I had that listed. Looks like there are 2 different places that the location needs to be updated in the UserCP. Just did it.

Looking at the picture(generic pic shown below), I thought the same. But then 3 out 4 bushings are one size. the 4th one is a different size. Guess, someone just messed up the packaging.
