I'd actually put a larger tire on that lift or less lift on a 38/15.50 Toyo. I've always thought the Toyo 40/15.50 looks to narrow if they'd go 40/17.50 that'd be a nice height and width big tire. I actually miss the old days when Mickey Thompson 35/17.50s were the "cool" tire.

Just because a truck is lifted doesn't mean you cant tow with it. My truck is the same height and it tows trailers just fine. 15K toyhauler, 20k dump trailer, 8k boat, etc. I've got 3 million miles of towing experience also so don't need to hear the bs about it not being done safely.

Tow on buddy, there is no way you can say a truck that high towing is as safe as normal ride height. But your a pro so I take your word for it.

That truck simply being new makes it safer than most older trucks and by old I mean even as little as a 5 year old truck. All those glorious tow numbers the manufacturers put out are carefully calculated and in certain perimeters that a truck with more than a few miles can easily step out of. Simply slowing down would help that truck tow just fine. A case could probably be made for the added weight of oversized tires and wheels actually helping the truck to not be pushed around by a heavy trailer as much as a lighter truck.
