Looked like 2.

Looks like you got a pool to tear down too.

There is a pool, but I'd like to keep it, above ground though. The garages are 1 unit. 2 car+ then the 30x30 shop is attached to that. The roof is getting done as soon as the weather breaks. That was part of our mortgage, so the money is already in escrow.

Congrats,good job,nice size yard even.Very nice!
If you can afford it.standing seam metal roof I have has literally lowered my heating and cooling by 100 per month and I never need to worry with it.on that garage it would go on so fast! Did my own...and I'm done

Thanks guys! 2 acres and still a central location. I would love to do a standing seam roof, but the dimensional bid was 20k already. It's 78 squares. Loooooots of roofline there. Happy new year!

Nice looking house. Congrats!!! Just in time for the new year.

I thought the weather was strange here in TX. But snow on the ground one min and spring time looking the next. Wow, glad I don't live there.

Ha ha ha, yeah I thought that might confuse a few people. The home pics were taken in August when we went into contract. The snow pic of the truck was taken moving today with about 8" on the ground.
