VCT solenoid help
Hey all!
First off I have a 2010 F150 5.4 4x4 sc with 125K miles. I've finally traced down my 308 and 316 codes to bad VCT. My question is how long should it take to replace and how much have some of y'all been quoted or paid to have them replaced?
