icvr replacement.

icvr replacement.
so i going to replace the instrument cluster voltage regulator, there is this coil type thing between the icrv and the tab that snaps on to the icvr should this be put back on as well or left off?

Not sure what you're describing. Usually there is just the tab with the terminals that snap onto the ICVR.
Can you post a picture?

looks like this it snaps between them.

this looks like it is part of it but on mine its a separate piece.

This is the first time I've seen that.
I would leave it out when you replace the ICVR.
