I had a Warn on my '03 that I had trouble with, Warn would not do anything to correct the problem. I replaced it with an Iron Cross bumper 100% better quality than the Warn.
I just put a Buckstop Outback on my 2012 F250. Very pleased with it. I wanted something that would protect the front end in case of an animal strike, and this will clearly do that. Buckstop mentions the weight on the FEATURES page as being approximately 190 lbs more than the stock bumper. And depending on whether you go for steel or synthetic line, the winch may add another 100 lbs
