As built data:
720-01-01 EA20 1A02 67B6
What shows up in Forscan with 5Star tune:
720-01-01 EA00 1A02 77A6

Other settings do work: Bambi Mode, DRL, Temperature in Productivity screen screen, Remote start menu, Seatbelt minder disable. Had no issue modifying those settings at all.
That is odd that you can get other settings to take and not the DPF/Compass. According to your "as built", you already had the compass on the info screen. Is that correct?

Try this;
720-01-01 EA20 1A02 77**
Let me know what happens with those settings.

Did you try an "F" in place of the "7" in the first position of the last block? "F***" vs. the "7***"

That is correct. I already had the compass.
720-01-01 EA20 1A02 77** does not give me DPF% screen.
720-01-01 EA20 1A02 F7** doesn't either.

I'm assuming you know this already, but I have to ask.

You are going to the "Gauge" section of the productivity screen and looking at the third page, correct? This is where the DPF gauge is located.

Also did your compass return with
720-01-01 EA20 1A02 77** setting?

here are screen shots before and after on my 2015. Yours will differ slightly with the compass on your screen.

Notice the first screen has 3 "dots" at top and with exhaust screen there are now 4 "dots" at the top.

Thanks Larry and Mike, oddly I don't recall ever not having the compass in the upper right hand corner of the productivity screen, before or after the tune. (Or I just didn't notice it not being there before).

I do not have the fourth dot, and my third dot is blank just like your first picture Larry.

I appreciate all the help. I am deleting my truck this week, you don't have to spend too much time attempting to sort it out. I think this must be related to the tuner. I will be flashing it back to stock before I load the delete tune probably on Wednesday if the weather is nice. I can check and see if I can add it then.

Superdog or anyone for that matter who has activated Nav, I need assistance. 2015 F-250 Lariat here. I followed the instructions in the link that you used successfully but not working. I was able to pair up and change 7D0-01-02 from 00 to 04 and write the change. I put the usb with nav.png file in and added the file via wallpaper. Clicked blue button, received nav enabled message. Here's where I guess I am not getting it. Nest step is "Extract the nav-related files to your USB flash drive and plug it in to your car. It will install some things (be patient, let it finish) and when it's done, you should see an "i" icon at the bottom of your home screen". I got these files and put them on a usb but am not sure how to get them to install. Should it run on it's own? That is the only piece I am missing I believe. Have A7 Ford SD already in slot.

Thanks

So I put the files on a different usb and sure enough it tries to auto run once you plug it in. However after a couple seconds a Bad Installation File message pops up and it won't do the install of the files. Anyone help on this? I feel like this should be the last thing to get this up and running.

As I keep looking around and into this, I think it may be my MySync version being 3.7 and not 3.8. Anybody know if that might be the issue?

You may need your IPC reflashed with the IDS to whatever is current for the module. You might want to have it done before deleting and have all the modules up-to-date.

I have an XLT with the 2 line LED display screen. I used ForScan to turn on the Forced Regen option in the clickable option. This allowed me to see that the DPF was full, but had no option to do a manual regen. Since it was full I used ForScan to manually clean it.

The other thing I wanted to do is turn on DRL to the blinker. It worked well changing the value in the As Built. I run Switchback LED bulbs, and I was hoping the white light would shine, but the amber bulbs were activated. Changed the value to use the fog lights, but didn't like that as I have LEDs there and they are quite bright.

I there a setting I can change to get the marker light to be the DRL and not the blinker?

No. Blinker, headlight, and fog are the only options.

This is more of a FYI than anything. I got the nav up and everything is good now. Was on 3.7 and updated to 3.8 and all good now. Thanks for all the assistance.

Thanks.

Another thing I was playing around with was tire size and axle ratio in the change by clicking in the preset option section. I got a few DTCs so I changed back. Do the DTCs clear with some distance traveled after the computer learns new parameters?
