Ah, your referring to the blend door I assume. The blend door on those is manipulated by a servo motor. The window/vent/floor control is vacuum. The hubs are not leaking. This was actually the bottom of the blend door where it couples to the servo. It is a common fail point.

It's functioning now. I just have to adhesive the box back together, put the glove box back in, install the Aux adapter harness into the center console in with the remote CD changer harness, install the center console, replace the drivers door window regulator, install related trim, install new air compressor for suspension, plug leaky tire, and whatever else he decides he wants done before he drives it to CO
