2013 My Ford Touch iPhone 7 Plus
Hello
I have a 2013 Ford Explorer with My Ford Touch, and I got a new phone. I have a problem within the last week where when someone calls me the call will only work if i switch the call from hands free to the handset and back.
Otherwise the caller on both sides (myself included) does not hear audio.
There is no update for sync or the iPhone.
I am lost-

Hey mikereidjr,
Try a master reset on the vehicle, as well as, resetting the phone. Once, both have been reset, pair the phone back with a clean connection. To reset the phone, press the circle button and power button simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. We have done all of that, we have even reset all network connections.

So we took it to the dealer and they upgraded the my ford touch software and the problem is gone.
There was no update for the actual sync module, it appears it was a software thing.
