Green Book for truck body's???
Is there such a thing?? Looking for a downloadable version if possible.
I'm going to need to see how my truck goes back together. In particular, the door guts. I pulled the out and I can tell it's going to be tricky to put back together. I also need to know the PN and description of the parts that will have to be replaced.

The 1944 - 1952 Ford Body Parts Catalog is green. It includes diagrams and parts listings for both cars and trucks. But the diagrams aren't especially helpful I don't believe in showing assembly relationships. I have no idea if a CD version exists. I rely on the old print copies of catalogs. Others should know whether a CD version exists. Stu

AFAIK, there's no C/D version.

The original 1944/52 bound paper Body Parts Catalog is almost as hard to find as Amelia Earhart and Jimmy Hoffa.
faxonautolit.com has reprinted it, but it's half the size of the original and 'ol Ed wants 75 bucks for it.
*Early Ford V8 enthusiasts named it the Green Bible, because the front/back covers are green.

The bound paper Green Bible* (Chassis Parts Catalog: 1928/48 Ford Car & 1928/47 Ford Truck) is available on a C/D from hipoparts.com

This is the 1928/47 Ford Truck & 1928/48 Ford car CHASSIS parts catalog, I said it was available on a C/D
I didn't mention it had been reprinted because the last time I bought one was 40+ years ago (from FoMoCo), so I wasn't sure if it was still available.
I responded to truckdog (Stu's) question inre to the: 1944/52 Ford Passenger Car & Truck BODY PARTS CATALOG saying it is not available on a C/D AFAIK
I do know that faxonautolit.com has reprinted it, because I've been to Faxon's store (in Riverside CA) and seen it in person.
I've known Ed Faxon since the early 1970's when he sold literature at swap meets out of the back of a 1957 Ford station wagon.
