If you have the original you can possibly look into the properties of it and it will give you an exact location. Most times these photos are taken with a mobile phone those phones have location settings enabled that will show exactly where it was taken down to the street.
Here are a few links on how to do this for both MAC and Windows.
Also I mention that I looked at this photo and it did not have the info I was talking about. But that may be just because this is a copy of the original. So if have the original you may be able to see it.
Are you looking at the pic on an iphone by chance?
You guys are good and yes it is for sale but definately a scam. I wonder whose truck it is? Just for grins and giggles I asked for a location and the reply, bad grammar and all, (what a shock!), said it is a nice truck and very well maintained. No location so I asked again. I am not holding my breath. I am willing to bet that if I do get a response it will be one of those that says they will deliver it. When will they learn?
Back when I was first looking for a truck, a similar ad came up for a '51 in Havertown, PA. A freshly painted, totally redone truck needing nothing for $9900.00. That one is still running.

Later!
Mr. Ed
The site Ross linked no longer has the truck listed.
There was a Jaguar E-type series 1 for sale for $16,000. I found the exact same car and pics listed in 3 different cities. So for grins I called and the guy actually said if I sent him a deposit of $1500 he would deliver the car and collect the balance. I told him ok and he gave me a PO Box to send it to in a totally different city! I turned the address in to the USPS as a scam address. I waited a week and called him back to see if he got the $ but the phone was disconnected. Never heard back from the postal authorities.
