Tire pressures on Goodyear MT/R's
Looking for some pressure help with these things. I am running Goodyear Wrangler MT/R's on American Racing 16 x 8 Pythons. Tires say max air pressure of 65 but I know better than that. Every other week I tow a 6 x 10 enclosed trailer with my race bike and crap in it. Around 1900 - 2200#'s otherwise she runs naked. Any help would be great, these tires cost a lot and I'd like to keep them around a while.

Tire pressures on Goodyear MT/R's
I'm running my 315/75/16's at 50psi in the front and 45psi in the rear. My tires max is 55psi......i've been observing the tire wear and gas milage and came to the conclusion that those pressure are right for me. I don't think your going to find any right answer hear, your best bet is to either do the chalk test or closley watch the wear patterns and adjust pressures accordinly. Every rim/tire/engine/combo will result in different ideal psi's. O and don't forget to rotate them every 3k.
