Wow it may be me but it sure seems like the price of injectors has come down. I seem to remember them being a good bit higher when I bought my truck a year ago
Lots of companies doing these and most are being returned because they just can't seem to get them right. This company is selling injectors pretty cheap, FORD injectors... why only 8 reviews? I've answered at least a dozen threads with injector issues, not one used this place.... of the thousands of injectors being replaced every year.
Ford OEM injectors refurbished by someone other than FORD.... that fits almost every company out there since they stopped making injectors some time ago. Have one not work correctly and you'll cuss the $15 savings a hundred times during that 3 hour job and countless hours wondering why the truck isn't running correctly, it was a new injector...
NO THANK YOU!!!
There's a reason why most of the guys that have been around here a little while say FORD-MOTORCRAFT
I went to my local dealership for my set. I like dealing with Ed and his price was a few bucks cheaper but in the end I wanted to be able to drive a couple miles and get any that failed swapped out quick and no hassle, and I told the dealership parts guy that up front. It's been a couple thousand miles, some towing, and cooler weather and all 8 seem fine at this point. I plan to watch them closely during the warranty period and swap them quickly. After that, ehh.
I don't know this as fact but I believe the genuine remans from Ford have some new parts in them that are unavailable to the aftermarket rebuilders. I believe the genuine Ford rebuilds are the way to go whoever you get them from.
I cannot speak to the quantities of reviews, but their website says they are an officially authorized OE dealer.
I will inquire and provide backup if/when submitted.
They sent me what appears to be an OEM Motorcraft reman. I came in the same packaging down to the blue bag I see online in other's postings. It has Reman 04 stamped on the body along with some other numbers. It looks noticeably new and certainly a step above the rebuilds I have purchased from other sources.
If this company is pulling something shady, they sure are taking it the extra mile.
