I used the search function but could not find this information:
Is there a compatibility chart or a thread with the info for what model year parts are compatible through the years of E and F series? I'm sure a bunch of the years in both series have interchangeable parts. Just bought a 2006 E-250 and have some projects to do.

I've been on this forum pretty regularly for about 3years and I don't remember seeing this subject matter before.
I have seen seen quite a few comments about semi-surprising INcompatibilties though.

if you take some time you can use rockauto.com to find interchanges

E series and F series have very few interchangeable parts.
For your van year, E series interchange from '05 - '07 and some parts like brake pads '99-'07.
Agree with vettex, Rockauto is your best source for interchange, look up the part your needing, and click on the 'blue' part number, and the interchange chart will pop up.
And yes, "auto-recyclers" have have a master list that they pay for to check the interchangeable of parts, which are not always correct, like if you have a cut-away van model.
