Any crossover parts between Ford F series trucks and E series vans?

The title says it all....the local junk yards don't always have F-series trucks, but sometimes they have E-series vans from the same era.

Are they any major parts that cross over between the two types of vehicles?

Thanks in advance

Major parts meaning drivetrain ? Engine ? Transmission ? Differentials ? Your question is way too vague regardless of your intro supposedly "speaking for itself"....In a nutshell....most likely not unless there is something specific that you are looking for which can be parts sourced....Dis Ain't No Crap Shoot......Lord.

Sorry, I thought it was the whole rearend, but it's just the brake pieces if you want to swap to rear disc brakes. And that may be only on the 250/350, not sure about the 150's.
