Another odd no start situation.
ECT/EOT Delta temps were not great.
One day she started to run rough. And I found 3 injectors were bad. Not a problem, I expected it coming soon. Replaced all 8. Started it up, and drive it around. Got about 15 miles, oils temps were noticeably higher. Parked it for the inevitable oil cooler change. Installed a bulletproof oil cooler with factory filter with deep air cooler. While digging, noticed IPR Screen was bad. Replaced ICP, IPR, MAP(after I broke off that damn nipple. reinstalled everything. Changed filters, fuel and oil. I did dump a prime it. The idiot light on gauge shows low pressure.
Using FORSCAN, it shows ICP while cranking around 410+/-, IPR opens to around 84% while cranking. Think KOEO is around 14% for IPR and .24 V for ICP.
Now she won't start, been cranking for 2 days on a charger. She is getting fuel. Can't figure it out. Any ideas?
It's turning over fine, but I'm at the point now that the trying to purge the air out by cranking typical process is getting ridiculous!
Literally right before the install, the ICP was normal and within its typical range, so I'm doubting the HPOP going bad and the idiot light is showing LPO.
I want to think it is a connector or air in the system, but the damn ICP Pressure hanging around 390-410 is killing me.
Kinda in a bad spot because snow is inbound and I need the truck back up and running.
