08 f250 heater problem

I got an 08 f250 6.4 diesel and my heater dont wanna work. i already took the dash out this morning and change out the actuator thinking that was it but got the same results. Any idea what else i could check to try to fix the problem.

Have you replaced the thermostats? They are updated on the 6.4L engine, along with upper and lower rad hoses. How about the coolant level?

Is it blowing cold air and nothing else? Have you checked the coolant level and heater core for blockage? Done a coolant flush?

Havent checked the thermostat and coolant levels are good. anything else i can check?

It blows warm for a few seconds then it turns cold. I turn it off and turn it back on and it doss the same thing. i tried to take off the blower but couldnt get it fully out to see if heater core was blocked. it just hit the floor very very uncomfortable.
