Is there a EGT gauge on these trucks? (I couldn't find one).
I had a Edge Insight on my 08. I liked being able to see it especially for the cool down after towing and to see when you have a regen going on.
Should I get the Edge for this truck or is there something better?

 

There is no gauge, but tther are about 4 or 5 different egt pid's, after turbo, pre and post dpf and atleast 1 more.

 

ScanGauge updated the ScanGauge I had for my 6.0, for fee, and I folow the egt's with it during regens.

 

FORScan and Torque Pro are both phone apps that work with an OBDII bluetooth adapter. I was using Torque Pro until I learned about FORScan. It's easier to setup and use and provides access to all the PID's you need.
