PCM Interchangeability?

PCM Interchangeability?
Anyone know if I can use a 4R100 obd2 Pcm in a maf upgrade of a e40d? Its the one part that im missing and would like to know if i can sub in this to make it work, or if I have to source an e40d. Quite frankly I have only found 1 in about a year searching pull yards and forums like craiglist.

Okay so If I was able to get those two sensors , im asuming the e40d will accept them into the case. However I dont think thats a route I would like to go simply for a maf setup. Thanks
