fuel pump fix?

My 272 has the original fuel pump, unfourtantly it leaks quite a bit... and some how it is also leaking the engine oil as well.

Are these things fixable or do I have to buy a new one? I heard once the fuel pump for the 390 works, but after seeing one and seeing mine, they seem WAY too big... anyone know for certain?

I bought a new fuel pump from NAPA.
I also hav several for emergencies......I heard the 390 works also.
I put pertronix kit on my 56 f600 and wow does she sound good now.....I reccomend it.
