Peragon Customer Service
For those still on the fence about a bed cover, I just wanted to highlight a standout customer service department from Peragon. 
My bed cover arrived from FEDEX today, and a few hours later I received a call from Peragon making sure that my cover arrived as expected. That's the kind of service that you typically don't receive from companies, and I just wanted to give a quick shoutout to them on this forum.
I can't speak to the install just yet, because unfortunately my ETA has come and gone, and nobody seems to know where my truck is. As soon as I get it, I'll make sure to post some pictures and review of the install. Peragon did let me know that they were standing by for any questions I may have during the install...They truly are a world class company.

My dad just ordered one for his F150 based on my recommendation (even though I don't have one yet) and reading their website. He said same thing.. 45 minutes after it got delivered, phone call to make sure it arrived OK. I'll be going down to Virginia for thanksgiving and will help him get it installed then using the clamp kit.
Then I"ll be coming home and ordering mine up. I'll let you know how it all goes.

If Heath and his band of awesome folks has WOW'd you now, wait till your cover is a few years old and you need to replace a seal or need to ask a question. This is truly where they shine. Incredible service loooong after the sale. There is no other company that even comes close to Heath's lofty standards, bed covers or otherwise.

I received my Peragon cover today. Excellent customer service start to finish.
My son and I installed the cover in about 1 1/2 hours going to the online video for each step. Next one I could easily do in 45 minutes or less.
I am happy with the quality and the way it looks. My only concern is the lack of reinforcement of the front cross member between the rails with the way this truck bed is designed. My first impression is that I wish both sides lock, but not sure that is a valid concern yet and see having two locks being inconvenient.
I am very satisfied with this purchase and I appreciate getting this cover ahead of schedule. It will be nice to have on an upcoming trip.

Our Dual Deadbolt System option uses the single key lock that you have, but adds hardware underneath the cover to extend the locking mechanism to the passenger side.
