Help on a LED light bar

New to this whole forums thing.
So here goes
Looking for input on A LED light bar
I've got a 2008 Lincoln Navigator.
Has any body put a over windshield Light bar on anything like this?
If so what brackets did you use and what size did you use 52 or 54 inch" bar?
So I guess I'm looking for input on what to use for a curved LED light bar over the windshield, along with what brackets.

Not putting you down for wanting to do this, but do you really one to put one on a Navigator? Is there a need for the light bar, or are you just doing it because you think it looks cool after seeing Jeeps doing it? May not look horrendous on an Expedition, but a Navigator just has a much softer appearance and a light bar would just look really out of place.
If you're REALLY stuck on getting one, I'd personally consider getting a mesh Ebay grill that you like the looks of, and mount a light bar behind that. Would have to make some custom brackets to secure it to the front clip area, rather than secure it to the back of the grill, because the weight of light bar would probably break the grille over time due the shock it would give to the grille when shutting the hood.
If you're really pressed on a roof mounted light bar, you're better off just measuring the width of the roof yourself. All listing for light bars will give you length dimensions of just the light AND including the mounts/brackets. Just make sure you account for the dimensions of the brackets most importantly. A curved bar would look better considering the contour of the roof and windshield. Hope that helps!
