A buddy of mine called me tonight to say he got a $750 private cash offer in the mail from Ford today. Had some vehicle exclusions like Shelbys, Raptors and Focus RS. Nothing about SD. Also said it was non-transferable but it was in addition to any other incentives.

Got on with chat and they moved my ETA up 4 days to 12/15/16.
Asked them about the private cash. They said they couldnt discuss price but here is a number to call tomorrow.

Anyone have any experience with private cash or calling that number?

i just called that number. it is a reward offer redemption number. reward for $100 at various retailers.
I asked about the $750 private cash and rude lady said, “that is not this number” and hung up

 

Hmm. Well that's not very nice. Maybe we should all give her a call and give her a reason to be mad!

 

Call back & say you got disconnected before you could claim your $100.

 

private cash offers are not something you can simply sign up for. You can do things to have a chance, like request information, join clubs, buy Ford products, but it's not something that's just out there for anyone to get. It's a "Private Cash Offer" after all.

 

I had just requested a brochure, and within two weeks, there it was with a $750 cash offer. When my truck comes in I will add it.
