Drop pitman arm for 2 inch lift?

hey guys I have this 84 f250. The front end sags an inch or 2. I was going to do an add a leaf and maybe a 1 inch block. So around 2-3 inch lift. Would I need a drop pitman arm. Because right now the suspension sags. So all together in probably looking at a 1-2 inch lift

Putting lift blocks on the front end of a TTB 4x4 is suicide

F250 springs are reverse arch from the factory.
If you really want to lift it you are going to need drop pivot brackets *and* a drop pitman arm, in addition to whatever springs/RSK you intend to use.

There have been a couple of threads recently about lifting the front end of a 250.
