Who greases their motors? What do you use? ALL of mine need it. How do you grease the pivot joint for the regulator arm under the windows? Mines could use some.
Most all motors in a vehicle are sealed and cannot be greased. Any open joints like your wiper pivots, door hinges and strikers, etc. can be greased with that white spray grease in a spray can with the plastic nozzle.
In an industrial environment where motors do have grease fittings, you have to be careful and not put too much in the fitting. It can squirt out into the windings and burn the motor out. One pump once a year is plenty for one of those.

They're sealed until you try to run a motor and it shows as a dead short and you pull the case open to investigate and find gritty nasty old grease and clean it all out. Wouldn't white lithium work on the motors aswell?

Probably would work well. Just so it doesn't get too stiff when it's very cold outside.
