Have you ohmed out the harness or the injector solenoids themselves to see that they're good? The 1293 and 1294 codes make me thing you may have a wiring problem. I would start by ohming the injector solenoids through the valve covers. Each valve cover harness has five pins that are used as follows:
GP-INJ-C-INJ-GP
GP=Glow Plug
INJ=Injector
C=Common
If you use a multimeter set to the ohms setting you should be able to read about 3.2 ohms between each injector and the common at that connector.

For that matter, check the GP's while you are at it. Each GP should measure about 1.2-0.8 ohms to a good engine ground.

If all that checks out, I would run the same ohm test from the harness at the IDM and see what you come up with. Here is the IDM Pinout:

So for the same ohm test you would measure between pins 23 (the even cylinder common) and pins 7, 9, 19, and 22. Then for the even bank you measure between the common on that bank (pin 24) and pins 6, 8, 20, and 21.

Doing this should test the harness as well as the injectors. If all that checks out, I think my next step would be to try to find another IDM and/or PCM to out in and try it.
