Hey guys, can anybody tell me what tire comes on the f350 dually when you upgrade them and get these ones from Ford "LT245/75Rx17E OWL A/T Tires". I ordered them on my 2017 but I am not sure exactly what tire I am getting. Thanks!

I would say either Continental, Good Year or Michelin. If you have a preference you should talk to your dealer so they can make a swap when it arrives. Some will do it as good service, some will charge the difference in price and others will charge full price and tell you to take the OEM hope with you.
Well when I built the truck online it gives you three tire options to choose from. I went with the more expensive option. I am wondering what those ones are. I do believe they are a Michelin but I am not sure which model. I am wondering because normally I run a winter tire but I see that some of Michelin tires are a m+s (mud+snow) tire which makes them legal for me to run in the winter where I am from.

I can tell you exactly what you are getting since I ordered one and have been driving for a month and a half: Michelin LTX AT2. That is the "A/T" tire. I ordered mine without the "OWL" (Outlined White Letter) since that is simply a preference and it is easier to keep a black sidewall clean. But same exact tire.
The standard "all season" no cost option I don't believe is a Michelin. Maybe a General tire as it has been in the past. But you are getting the LTX AT2 for absolute certainty.
This is a M+S tire, but it is not great in the winter. I had the same tire in 275x70x18 on my previous single rear wheel F-350 and found it did not go well in snow.
I am going to give the same tire in the smaller dually size a try this winter because I don't want to spend for 6 new snows.
