went to the jy today and i think that i did pretty good for a change. i have been looking for a good set of "West Coast" mirrors for my 67. i am walking through the yard and what do i see, a 66 flatbed that was not there the last time that i was there. someone had all ready removed the driver side mirror and put it on the flatbed. i had to remove the pass. side no big deal the glass is perfect and so is the stainless not scratched at all. the best part was they only charged me $40.00. sometimes it,s better to be lucky than good.

Sweet.. nice find.
The yard I go to is $13 per side view mirror.. doesn't matter what it comes off it... from a Cadillac to a Hyundai still $13 each side.
Nice find.
My originals were in pretty good shape. It's the darn nuts and bolts are not stainless like the mirror and brackets are and rust up pretty good. Replaced them all and looks brand new again, unlike the rest of my truck.
