Engine hour reset

I've got an 05 Super Duty with the 5.4 3 valve,c currently with 302000 K. I'm going to put a new engine in and need to reset the engine hours, it currently is at 9999.9 ,but will not roll over. Is there a way to reset the hours to zero

I think a Ford dealer would probably have to do it for you

There was a similar thread a while back about an odometer that wouldn't roll ovet,stuck at 999,999. Ford dealer wanted$400 to reset.

Circuit board medics can do it but you will have to send them the cluster.
