You should place this want ad in the WTB Parts and other forum, instead of Ford Truck Parts for sale forum.
Where did you get the part number? It doesn't look right.
The basic part number for a right side running board is 16450 which is related to chassis parts.
46150 would be a body parts basic number, but there's no such number like this.
5 digit body complete part numbers are preceded by 2 numbers that are related to the cab style.
