Im coming up on 100,000 miles on my 2013. Ive looked everywhere and can't find anything specific regarding 100,000 mile maintenance. Is there a list or something out there that specifies what should be done to the truck at 100,000 to increase longevity?
As stated, Look at the manual But off the top of my head. Coolant is recommended for 105,000 under normal duty
From my previous 2011 truck, At 100,000 my batteries had been replaced, Brakes had been replaced, replaced my front Hubs at 105,000 and I flushed both my coolant and tranny. I also was getting the death wobble for the second time and replaced the front steering stabilizer again. If this gives you any ideas of what might be worn out.
Replaced the tires for winter snow and discovered that my front pads were paper thin, So we turned rotors and replaced pads.
I had to fix a tailgate that got a dent from GN dump trailer jumping off the ball and had to replace Tonneau cover that the trailer crushed. But that was operator error and not Fords problem.
My front LED bar stopped working, I thought it was a bad connection on that short little lead wire coming thru the firewall. But it turned out some battery acid had gotten on and ruined the relay that the Upfitter switch turned on to allow battery power directly to the lights. I moved the relay farther away from the battery.
My Lariat leather seat is showing wear from my constant getting in and out of the truck. A seat cover may be in the cards.
Other than the above, It's just been oil changes, check the coolant, and add Fuel and DEF.
My command center is showing trailer mileage at about 25,000 miles so almost half of my total mileage. With that kind of work, I'll probably flush tranny and coolant at 75,000 miles.
Sorry about the bad link above. I'm not a 13yr old kid that can do this stuff in my sleep.
I just goggled 2013 f 250 maintenance schedule and got fords maintenance site
