Help my ID this truck (I just bought). Is it a F350 or F600 ?

I just purchased a donor truck in excellent condition ~
A 1956 F-??? Fire Truck. No dents, no Rust, Runs (except for flooding carb) and has only 4000 miles registered on odometer.
I remember the fire truck from the small local town next to where I live. After they retired the truck from duty and it sat (surface rusting and making a nice home for dirt dobbers) I decided to make an offer and write a check for $500. My intentions were to use it for parts for my 56 F100, but I know that I know it runs, i want to keep it.
Here's the problem:
The VIN plate (looks original) on drivers door rail:
F35V6U33483
9800 130 143 4000
4-SYN 5 5.14
M16B - 1486A-65
EPA01399

And the Title says:
F60V6K29674 17991858

My question to anyone that can help:
Is there anyway of telling a F350 from a F600 by any identifying body parts ?

I can add that it's a BIG truck with BIG "ORIGINAL - FORD" WHEELS / TIRES.

Thanks for any DECODE info or help identifying.
Mike

Hi Mike. Your serial # on the door frame says that it is a 350 but the title says 650. Do you know the tire size. I believe the 350 would have 16 inch rims if you have duals on the rear or 18 in. if you have singles, a F-600 or 650 would likely have 20 in rims. the good part is if it is a F-350 with dual rears the front fender opening are the same as a f-100. Hope this helps you. Ozzie

Thanks ozzie, that's the answer.
They are 18 inch rims with duals on the back.
It's a F600.

Just to finish up, the decodes are:

VIN plate decode info:
F35V6U33483
F35 = F-350 series truck
V = 272 V8 light-duty
6 = 1956 model year
U = Louisville assembly plant
33483 = unit number 23483 for 1956
9800 = 9800 lb max gross vehicle weight
130 = 130" wheelbase
143 @ 4000 = 143 HP at 4000 RPM
4-SYN = 4-speed synchromesh transmission (I think)
5.14 = rear axle ratio
? = color code
M16B - 1486A-65 EPA01399 = Production Code
Might the "M" be the color code? If so, M = Golden Glow Yellow.

Title decode info:
F60V6K29674
F60 = F-600 series truck
V = 272 V8 light-duty
6 = 1956 model year
K = Kansas City assembly plant
29674 = unit number 19674 for 1956

Fellows

Possibilties here aare this;

It came out of the Factory as a Stock F-350 & was sent to the other Facility to be upgraded for the Later Modifications as a Fire Truck.

I've seen a lot of F Series Fire Trucks w/ these confusing VIN & Regestration I.D. #'s.
