239 Y block

Just a quick question. There is a 239 y block with a 3 speed tranny out of a car available for parts. Is there enough useable parts that could be transferred to a truck 239 such as the crossover or carb? The engine is seized but complete.

Carb yes. You would have to swap airhorns to use the truck air cleaner or, use the car air cleaner

Thank you for the clarifying that. The motor and tranny are a good deal so may save some of the parts from the scrap yard.
