I have to admit when I am NOT towing or hauling, I love the extra power, throttle response and shifting points when I am in 60HP Econo Mode with my DP tuner. I have the ability to run in stock mode and do at times but it just makes me want to be back on enhanced mode... That said when running your tuner with extra HP are you adding extra wear and tear to the injectors, trans or ???
They must have been in good shape I have been running the turner for going on 5 years now pulling a 12,500lb Toy Hauler with no problem. Last year I did downsize to 7000lbs but still towing and hauling...
I think flushing the transmission every 30k and installing a 6.0 transmission cooler has helped keep the transmission together at 185k miles...
I guess I will just keep running it like I stole it till the wheels fall off!

If you really take care of it, stay on top of maintenance, and fix any little thing as soon as you notice it, the whole drive it till the wheels fall off is a lot harder to do than it sounds.
I managed to warp 2 rims in 560,000 miles, but that's as close as I've managed to come.
